PITTSBURGH IAP ARS-- Staff Sgt. Joel Sterniak, 911th Maintenance Squadron aerospace propulsions technician, installs a propeller onto a C-130 engine test cell, July 14, 2013 at the Pittsburgh International Airport Air Reserve Station. Prior to being marked serviceable, engines and propellers are tested after all repairs to ensure they meet operational standards.
