911 CES welcomes new commander

Maj. Maureen A. Colonel Beena N. Maharaj, 911th Mission Support Group commander presided over the ceremony and welcomed Downen as the new 911 CES commander. Maharaj recognized Downen for her excellent reputation in the civil engineer community, known for her flawless duty performance and ability to get things done.
