32nd APS work ‘Gateway to Europe’ PAX terminal

Airman 1st Class Brice Safreed, a 32nd Aerial Port Squadron passenger service specialist, looks out the window as he waits patiently for passengers to exit a 747 that landed minutes earlier May 6, 2015, at Ramstein Air Base, Germany. Working the passenger terminal here, a function not performed at Safreed’s home station, the Pittsburgh International Airport Air Reserve Station, provides passenger service personnel hands-on experience needed to handle commercial aircraft and cargo and passenger processing.
