Michael DeRiggi, representative for the American Federation of Government Employees Local 2316, signed a new collective bargaining agreement December 31, 2014, here. The last CBA was signed in October 1999; each agreement has a life-span of three years and automatically renews at the end of the term unless any party involved wishes to bargain again.
