Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony for New Medical Treatment Facility

Col. Gordon Elwell, 911th Airlift Wing Commander and Lt. Col. Mona Ternus, 911th Aeromedical Staging Squadron Commander, commemorate the opening of the Medical Treatment Facility Annex with a ribbon-cutting ceremony held here Jan. 11, 2009. Groundbreaking for the annex started in May 2007 and the first occupants setup shop in October 2008.
