Taking time for those who served

Numerous Airmen from the 911th Airlift Wing in Coraopolis helped place approximately 8,000 flags on the graves of veterans at the Alleghany National Cemetery here in Pittsburgh May 24-27, 2010. The week-long event began each night at 6 p.m. and was held rain or shine. The Allegheny Cemetery located in Lawrenceville, PA has a small group of veterans and civilians volunteer their time to place flags on these graves every year. (Photo by Senior Airman Jeremy M.
