911th Change Of Command

Pittsburgh IAP Air Reserve Station, Pa. - - Maj. Gen. James T. Rubeor, 22nd Air Force commander, hands the guidon to Col. Jeffrey T. Pennington during a change of command ceremony here Oct. 3. Colonel Pennington assumed command of the 911th Airlift Wing. As installation commander, he is the senior officer responsible for the wing organization, which includes authorized manning of 1,263 Air Force Reserve members and approximately 320 civilian employees, including more than 184 dual-status air reserve technicians.
