Pennsylvania native returns home to take command

: Col. Craig C. Peters, 911th Airlift Wing commander passes the 911th Operations Group guidon to Col. Joseph M. Potts, 911th Operations Group commander, during an assumption of command ceremony held here, Nov. 4, 2012.
