Retirement ceremony provides farewell for Command Chief
Chief Master Sgt. John Payne, 911th Airlift Wing command chief, receives a certificate of retirement from Col. Craig C. Peters, 911 AW commander, Jan. 5, 2013. Payne served 33 honorable years in the U.S. Air Force, and spent the last six years as the Command Chief of the 911 AW. His ultimate goal was to take care of the health and welfare of Airmen, as well as their individual and unit achievements.
