Efficient and effective planning ensures greater success

Col. Craig C. Peters, 911th Airlift Wing commander, briefs the entire wing on the newly instituted Annual Training Plan’ during a Commander’s Call and Mass Training Session held at the Pittsburgh International Airport Air Reserve Station, May 4, 2013. The goal of the Annual Training Plan is to provide predictability for the entire year, thereby making training commitments easier to complete on time. This plan will not only keep members current, but will also ease the additional training requirements as the unit prepares for its upcoming Operational Readiness Inspection.
