Lycoming Reach was an exercise that simulated a terrorist attack at a large-scale sporting event. The exercise participants included the 911th Airlift Wing, Navy Operations Support Center-Pittsburgh, local Civil Air Patrol Cadets, the Salvation Army, Disaster Medical Assistance Team PA-1, and other organizations.
