PITTSBURGH IAP ARS -- Capt. Bobbi Jo Nye, 911th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron officer in charge of medical readiness, and Staff Sgt. William Kobily, 911 AES medical logistics specialist, prepare litters for simulated patients during exercise Lycoming Reach, July 12, 2014 at the Pittsburgh IAP ARS, Pa. Lycoming Reach was an exercise that simulated a terrorist attack at a large-scale sporting event. The exercise participants included the 911th Airlift Wing, Navy Operations Support Center-Pittsburgh, local Civil Air Patrol Cadets, the Salvation Army, Disaster Medical Assistance Team PA-1, and other organizations.
