Maj. Gen. Randall Ogden, 4th Air Force commander, and Chief Master Sgt. Cynthia Villa, 4th Air Force command chief, visited Airmen of the 911th Airlift Wing at the Pittsburgh International Airport Air Reserve Station, Pennsylvania, Nov. 1-4, 2019.

During their visit, Ogden and Villa participated in the 911th AW's Assumption of Command ceremony, attended the first-ever Pittsburgh Air Force Heritage Ball, and toured the base to interact with Airmen face-to-face.

Ogden and Villa opened the floor to questions from enlisted and commissioned members alike in an effort to open communication lines up and down the chain of command. The intent and driving force behind each interaction was to not only get to know Airmen as individuals, but also to potentially address their concerns and serve as their advocates to higher headquarters.
