PITTSBURGH INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AIR RESERVE STATION, Pa. --

Chief Master Sgt. Frank Monacelli of the 911th Civil Engineer Squadron was promoted to the rank of chief master sergeant during a chief’s induction ceremony at the Pittsburgh International Airport Air Reserve Station, Pennsylvania, Oct. 5, 2019. By congressional mandate, only one percent of the enlisted force may serve in the rank of chief master sergeant.
