Stevens of the 911th Maintenance Group was promoted to the rank of chief master sergeant during a chief’s induction ceremony at the Pittsburgh International Airport Air Reserve Station, Pennsylvania, Oct. 5, 2019. By congressional mandate, only one percent of the enlisted force may serve in the rank of chief master sergeant.
