Morgan D Withrow, 911th Civil Engineering Squadron, is presented with his certificate of retirement on April 10 by Col. Patricia S Blassie. Chief Withrow first enlisted in 1974 and has received a vast number of major awards and decorations. Colonel Blassie, former 911th Mission Support Group commander, is currently the executive officer to Lt. General Charles E Stenner, Air Force Reserve Command commander.
