Col. Craig Peters, 911th Airlift Wing commander, pins on the Special Award for Exemplary Civilian Service to Anti-terrorism Officer, Justin Briley during the civilian commander's call held Aug. 23, 2012. Briley displayed exceptional initiative and professionalism by developing and implementing a fully successful installation antiterrorism program as well as developed and implemented a model random antiterrorism measures program. He also compiled an active shooter awareness brief that was distributed command-wide and he effectively managed the AT Level l Awareness Training Compliance Program. He also assisted other Air Force Reserve Command installation ATOs in developing their AT programs as well. Col.
