Contractors install a new water main line June 19, 2013, at the Pittsburgh International Airport Air Reserve Station. The water main system upgrade, with new polyvinyl chloride pipes, has additional valves to help control water flow and minimize outages. The upgrade also flushes water lines more efficiently to ensure the highest level of sanitation possible and increase in water flow.
