Are you looking to update your fitness routine? If you said yes, then we have some good news for you.

The 911th Airlift Wing Fitness Center just received an upgrade on some of its older equipment. The entire free-weight room has been updated, as well as machines in the cardio room.

The fitness center has replaced seven elliptical trainers, six treadmills, four stationary bicycles and an arc trainer in the cardio room. To accompany these replacements, the fitness center has added a brand new Jacobs Ladder machine to help with your cardio.

With the fitness center being used by more than two thousand people each month, it is important for the equipment to be replaced from time to time. In fact, the fitness center has a five-year replacement plan on all of their equipment due to normal wear to ensure the safety of everyone who uses the facility to exercise.
