PITTSBURGH INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AIR RESERVE STATION, Pa. -- Col. Douglas Strawbridge, commander of the 911th Aiflift Wing, is lifted up to the top of the 911th Airlift Wing's new C-17 hangar at the Pittsburgh International Airport Air Reserve Station, Pa., Oct. 10, 2017.
