Staff Sgt. Vanessa Norris, flight manager of the 911th Airlift Wing's Development and Training Flight, speaks to members of the flight at the Pittsburgh International Airport Air Reserve Station, November 5, 2017. The Development and Training Flight is a program instituted by Air Force Reserve Command to prepare Air Force Reserve trainees for Basic Military Training, as well as their future as Reservists. During their time with the Development and Training Flight, trainees learn to salute, facing movements and how to march, as well as other skills that will prepare them for their career in the Air Force Reserve.
