Members of the 911th Airlift Wing Financial Management Office were nominated for awards in the 2017 Excellence in Government Awards Program. The awards ceremony took place May 26, 2017, at the Westin Convention Center Hotel, Pittsburgh, Pa.

The annual ceremony, held by the Pittsburgh Federal Executive Board, recognizes the outstanding contributions of Federal employees in the Pittsburgh area.

The entire FM team was nominated for the Outstanding Team Award. In addition, two 911th FM members were also nominated for individual awards; Julia Susa, management analyst with the 911th FM, was nominated for the Outstanding Administrative Employee Award and Brian Zator, comptroller with the 911th FM, was nominated for the Community Service Award.

“The Pittsburgh Federal Executive Board's Excellence In Government Award program was an opportunity for me to recognize the tremendous efforts and success of my Financial Management team,” said Zator. “Though we may not have brought home any of the hardware, this wing's FM team are winners! “
