Chief Bossert retires after 33 years

Chief Master Sgt. Bryan Bossert, security forces manager with the 91 Security Forces Squadron, was honored for his 33 years of service with a retirement ceremony at the 911th Airlift Wing, February 11, 2017.

Bossert effectively retires from service March 1, 2017.

“As a career military man, there are no words for me to describe how proud I am of my brother’s accomplishments,” said Captain David Bossert, brother of the retiree. “He has made tremendous positive changes in the operational readiness, military discipline and esprit de corps of every unit for which he has served.”

During the ceremony Bossert received the meritorious service medal for his many accomplishments during his service at the 911th AW, such as overhauling and correcting significant deficiencies in the squadron’s manning document and being a major instrument in the enhancement of the squadron’s award program.
