Pilot for a day

Drew Palmer, an eight-year old battling bone cancer, holds the control wheel of a C-130 Hercules at the Pittsburgh International Airport Air Reserve Station, Pa., Nov. 4, 2015. Palmer was honored as a “Pilot for a Day” and made an honorary Second Lieutenant for the day as he was able to tour the base and see what Airmen of the 911th Airlift Wing do on a daily basis. During his tour, he also visited the Navy Operational Support Center where he was made an honorary Lieutenant Commander. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. Joshua J. Seybert)
