Senior Master Sgt. Dawn Serakowski

Senior Master Sgt. Dawn Serakowski is the flight chief of Reserve Recruiting with the 911th Airlift Wing, Pennsylvania.  She spent the first seven years of her career in active duty as an information manager in special duty assignments including 81st Training Wing Protocol, 2nd Air Force Classifications and Accessions, and non-commissioned officer in charge of the First Sergeant's Academy.  Her entire active duty career was within the Air Education and Training Command.  In late 1999 she became a reservist at the 911th AW where she worked as NCOIC of 911th Commander's Support Staff.  In 2002 she became a recruiter and has been helping recruit the Nation's best to fly, fight and win in air, space and cyberspace.

 

Tech. Sgt. Christopher Beck

Tech. Sgt. Christopher Beck is an enlisted recruiter with the 911th Airlift Wing, Pennsylvania.  He spent the first four years of his career as a tactical aircraft maintainer in Goldsboro, North Carolina. From there he was selected to be an Air Force recruiter in Portsmouth, New Hampshire for four years. During the next five years he molded civilians into Airmen as a military training instructor in San Antonio, Texas. For two years after that assignment he was a Military Entrance Processing Station liaison in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. 

 

Tech. Sgt. Jeffrey A. Huber

Tech. Sgt. Jeffrey A. Huber is an enlisted recruiter with the 911th Airlift Wing, Pennsylvania. Huber spent seven years of his career as a member of Ground Transportation. He was then afforded the opportunity to take on the task of active duty enlisted accessions recruiter in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Following his four years in Scranton he transitioned to his current assignment as an Air Force Reserve recruiter in Cranberry Twp., Pennsylvania.

 

Tech. Sgt. Toby Neal

Tech. Sgt. Toby Neal is an enlisted recruiter with the 911th Airlift Wing, Pennsylvania.  He spent the first six years of his career as a crew chief on C-17 Globemaster III aircraft at McChord Air Force Base, Washington, and a flying crew chief on C-130 Hercules aircraft at Ramstein AFB, Germany.  From there he went to Hill AFB, Utah as a logistic plans specialist for two years.  He then went to Goodfellow AFB, Texas as a Public Health specialist for three years before applying for his current assignment in Pittsburgh at the 911th AW.  He is happy to be back in his home state helping others to find their purpose in the Air Force Reserve.

 

Staff Sgt. Amy Busenbark

Staff Sgt. Amy Busenbark is an enlisted recruiter with the 911th Airlift Wing, Pennsylvania. She spent the first five years of her career as an aircraft maintainer on the C-5 Galaxy aircraft at Westover Air Reserve Base, Massachusetts and the C-130 at Patrick Air Force Base, Florida. She then worked on C-145 and the C146 cargo planes at Duke Field, Florida. The last two years were spent as a personnel specialist in the Force Support Squadron at Eglin AFB, Florida and in the Customer Support Section with the Special Operations Security Forces Squadron on Duke Field, Florida. Looking for a way to pay it forward with all the great things that the Air Force Reserve has done for her and her family, she wanted to volunteer as an Air Force Reserve Recruiter relocating her to the 911th AW.
