Selecting the best candidate

Command Chief Master Sgt. Brian L. Zator explains the selection process for the Quarterly and Yearly award winners to five senior noncommissioned officers, Jan. 12, 2014, at the Pittsburgh International Air Reserve Station. Each command at the 911th Airlift Wing nominates one senior NCO to represent their organization on the selection board.
