Airmen of the Burgh: Master Sgt. Merz

Master Sgt. Thomas Merz, noncommissioned officer in charge of the 911th Airlift Wing Airman and Family Readiness Office, has been an Airman at the Pittsburgh International Airport Air Reserve Station since 1999. His favorite part of the job, as he said, is “putting a happy face on the Air Force,” or helping Airmen to mitigate problems and focus on the mission.
