Col. Gordon Elwell, 911th Airlift Wing Commander and Lt. Col. Mona Ternus, 911th Aeromedical Staging Squadron Commander, 911th AW cut a ribbon to commemorate the opening of the Medical Treatment Facility Annex. Groundbreaking for the annex started in May 2007 and the first occupants setup shop in October 2008.
