A visit to Charleston Air Force Base, S.C., Oct. 19, 2006 gave the 911th Airlift Wing Honorary Commander's an opportunity to see the miniature C-17 as part of the overall tour. The Honorary Commander's Association is a community relations program developed by the 911th AW in March 2003.
