The Department of the Air Force (DAF) is adopting the Department of the Army (DA) Categorical Exclusion (CATEX)  4. (c)(3) Road or trail construction and, repair on existing rights-of-ways or on previously disturbed areas. This notice describes the categories of proposed actions for which the DAF intends to use the DA’s CATEX per Vol 89, N0. 227 of the Federal Register, dated 25 November 2024.
