Col. Jeffrey T. Pennington, 911th Airlift Wing commander, presents Maj. Tanaka H. Dunn with the AFRC Process Manager of the Year award for 2010, June 29, 2011. The award recognizes Maj. Dunn for her outstanding contribution to the AFRC continuous process improvement program. Taking over the position in January 2010, Maj. Dunn works with senior leadership on strategic planning, instructs process improvement classes, and facilitates process improvement events.
