New lodging open

Members of the 911th Security Forces Squadron carry bags through the new lodging building at the 911th Airlift Wing, June 3, 2012. This is the first unit training assembly weekend that the lodging building is open for use. The new $8.5 million facility, which has 50 rooms to accommodate military members, DoD Civilian and contractors, was recently nominated for a Gold LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) rating for being designed using strategies aimed at improving performance in energy savings, water efficiency and improved indoor environment quality.
