Chutes up

A fifteen-foot extraction parachute catches wind, pulling a heavy equipment platform out the rear of a 911th Airlift Wing C-130 Hercules during a training exercise above a designated drop zone in Cadiz, Ohio, July 14, 2012. Two G-12 Echo parachutes were used to safely land the 3,250 pound platform on its target, as 32nd Aerial Port Squadron members waited on the ground to recover the dropped cargo.
