Col. Richard M. Cornell, 911 911th Airlift Wing, Aeromedical Staging Squadron commander, presents a certificate of appreciation to Chief Master Sgt. James P. Morgan, ASTS chief of nursing services, for his honorable service, Nov. 3, 2012. Morgan, who started his career in the Air Force in 1979, got promoted to the rank of Chief Master Sergeant in 1993 and retired after 33 years of dedicated service to the Air Force and his country.
