Framing a joint partnership that's forged in steel

A contractor heads over to a crane staged on the site of the future Navy Operational Support Center-Pittsburgh, June 3, 2013 at the Pittsburgh International Airport Air Reserve Station. Steel beams began going up the week of May 28, which put the project at the 25% completion phase. To date, all site utility work has been completed and the footings have all been poured. This along with the other site work has kept the project on target for its Spring 2014 delivery.
