How do your supplements stack up
As fitness continues to be in the limelight, many folks who work out use supplements to help them get stronger. Airmen are reminded to always use caution when taking supplements as they could affect your health. Some supplements may even be illegal for military personnel to use. For information regarding fitness supplements contact the 911th Airlift Wing Exercise Physiologist, Michael Cilli, at (412) 474-7176. (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Airman Joshua J. Seybert)
