Col. Craig Peters, 911th Airlift Wing commander, enlists 4 recruits and re-enlists one Airman on top of the Duquesne Incline, Mount Washington, Pittsburgh, Pa, Oct. 11, 2012. Three of the newly enlisted members will serve at the 911th AW, and two will be part of the 910th Airlift Wing in Youngstown.
