This is the first unit training assembly weekend that the lodging building is open for use. The new $8.5 million facility, which has 50 rooms to accommodate military members, DoD Civilian and contractors, was recently nominated for a Gold LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) rating for being designed using strategies aimed at improving performance in energy savings, water efficiency and improved indoor environment quality.
